Infaq Friday

Every Friday, Masjid Wak Tanjong provides food for the Friday prayer congregants, mosque visitors, and needy members of the community as part of the Infaq Friday initiative. Food served is funded by donors and specially prepared by home-based business owners, many of which are from low socioeconomic status.

Through Infaq Friday, Masjid Wak Tanjong provides a platform for those who have the means to contribute to help those in need of income while feeding the hungry at the same time. The Home-Based Businesses we partner with are empowered to achieve financial sustainability and become contributing members of the community.
