Return, Refund & Exchange
Please read and understand our store's return, refund, and exchange policy before any purchase.
1. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.
2. We do not accept returns, refund, or exchanges for change-of-mind
3. Please read the product description thoroughly before buying. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us before purchasing.
4. Returns are only accepted for defective items
5. Perishable goods such as food, gift cards will not be accepted for return, refund or exchanges.
6. We also do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that are on clearance sale.
7. Any postage cost for the return or exchanges will be borne by the buyer.
8. We will process the return, refund, or exchanges only after we have received the original item.
9. Shipping cost is non-refundable
To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, please provide:
a. Proof of purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase
b. Picture/s and Video of the defective item
c. Item must not be used and in its original state.
If the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item or receive a refund on the purchase
For exchanges to other available items of a lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount.
For exchanges to other available items of a higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in amount.
